OPAT Conference November 2025 - Coming Together for Strength & Sustainability

ORCPP Board Members Debby Jones and Pam Pearce open the conference with ADPC Executive Director Annaliese Dolph and Lines for Life CEO, Dwight Holton.

This conference is organized to deepen understanding of Oregon’s challenges with opioids, other drugs, pain, and addiction treatment. Participants work together to identify service gaps, improvement opportunities, and the actions needed to build a system that reduces drug misuse and provides accessible, humane, and supportive care for people with substance use disorders.

Attendees help shape system‑change recommendations for healthcare leaders and leave with practical skills, new connections, and a clear to‑do list for strengthening community recovery, health, and wellness across Oregon.
