Our Mission
The Oregon Coalition of Prevention Professionals (ORCPP) represents prevention professionals across Oregon, working together to advance the field of community-based prevention. Through strategic planning, leadership, and advocacy, we support healthy, safe, and thriving communities.
Our Vision
A healthier, safer Oregon where individuals, families, and communities thrive—supported by strong prevention systems, informed policies, and local partnerships that prioritize well-being.
Our Committees
Connection Committee
Builds statewide networking opportunities and shares updates on local and state prevention policies.
Policy Analysis and Education Committee
Equips prevention professionals with knowledge about substance use policies and regulations to understand their impact on Oregon communities.
Learning Committee
Provides resources, training, site visits, and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS) credentials. Works closely with credentialing agencies to ensure ongoing relevance.
